I am not a fan of the Clinton’s but to compare their pastor to Jeremiah Wright is ridiculous. What their pastor did was one of the worst things that can be done especially as a so called teacher of the truth. The difference is that Jeremiah Wright preached his controversial and biased sermons to his congregation while the Clinton’s pastor didn’t teach about child molestation. Yes it is horrible but you can not compare the two. The reason Obama is being drug through the ringer is because he defended Jerimiah Wright, which he has now claimed to be a mistake after hearing more from Rev. Wright.
Please, please check out Snopes (http://www.snopes.com/politics/clintons/pastor.asp). This bizarre misinterpretation of the facts has appeared on so many blogs, boards, and comments that I am beginning to wonder whether there is a sensible person left in the political conversation. Bill Procanick is not Hilary’s minister — he was a born-again, Christian-right-conservative minister in Clinton, New York. Assembly of God is not, I think, the Clinton’s professed faith and Bill’s politics would certainly not come anywhere near those of any of the Democratic candidates.
